  Alex has worked in IT leadership for over 26 years and has successfully delivered digital transformation and technology modernisation within numerous sectors, including Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport, Defence, Retail, and Energy. He currently works as a fractional CIO, board advisor, and IT Consultant for several businesses.

He has a proven record of successfully delivering IT Services, transformation, strategy, and programmes. He is strategic in thought and ‘hands on’ in delivering success. With an accomplished military background, he has a reputation as a seasoned professional, who quickly achieves results, drives change, and significantly improves the IT Service.

David has been delivering Change and IT for over 30 years with some very high volume deliverables such as Halifax and Aviva online, more recently moving companies to be Digital and Data. His roles include CTO/CIO and COO in various companies and he has experience of leading teams from 10 to over 300 is able to quickly gain trust and deliver value. 

He has a long track record focused on delivery of results and ensuring IT and Change deliver demonstrable value to the business by delivering transformation to time and budget, results include; 20% per annum increase in sales; 40% reduction in cost; delivery of a benefits case 4x faster than planned.

John is a multi-sector CIO who now provides consulting services with the goal of bringing best practice to all organisations, irrespective of growth phase, size or IT maturity. With more than 25 years IT senior leadership experience, he has delivered successful transformational strategies across financial services, legal services, education and animal health/retail services.

John combines strategic vision and pragmatic delivery. Adapting to the unique context of every engagement, he creates sustainable change for organisations who want to be successful leveraging digital transformation. He is a passionate ‘people-person’ with a team-centric ethos.

Dave is a seasoned technology leader who has spent over twenty five years working in the infrastructure and service delivery arena across a range of different sectors.  He has extensive hands-on experience of delivering complex change and the resolution of significant business impacting issues.  

At the heart of his approach is a desire to do the right thing for the business, an ability to break the complex down into meaningful chunks and a pragmatic style that ensures continual forward momentum.  In recent years, he has focussed on transforming technology functions through a range of stabilisation initiatives, operating model redesign and the delivery of strategic change.

 Stuart is a skilled Senior Project and Programme Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering difficult and challenging projects and programmes.  WIth more than 15 years’ experience of successfully delivering multi-million pound programmes for the public and private sector, Stuart can bring IT and business transformational change and risk management knowledge to any organisation.  

Rab is an accomplished Enterprise and Cyber Resilience professional, with an extensive background in business resilience cyber operations, and cyber resilience. 

He had hands-on experience as a CISO and Head of Security for a number of organisations, and has 30 plus years of experience in the private sector, UK Government and Ministry of Defence, including Critical National Infrastructure.

Having worked in Primary education for nearly 10 years, Louise returned to her marketing roots and joined the family business in early 2022 to lead on OneIT’s marketing strategy and campaigns. 

Louise also works alongside husband, Alex in business development. She brings with her years of experience in marketing and a marketing degree.
