I'm Alex Clixby, founder of One IT Consulting. With more than 28 years' experience in IT leadership, including over a decade operating at CIO and IT Director level, I have helped organisations improve IT performance, deliver transformation, reduce technology costs and strengthen governance and security.

I provide truly independent advice, with no technology to sell and no preferred solutions to push, helping organisations get greater value from their technology and make better-informed IT decisions.
